Farrell Plastic Surgery & Laser Center, P.C. is the premier practice in Mechanicsburg and Harrisburg Pennsylvania. The Farrell Experience
Beginning with a comprehensive and unhurried consultation, we encourage patients to ask questions and share their hopes, concerns, and expectations. We help patients select the procedures and care that are ideal for them. Many patients want to improve their appearance, but express that they want to look like themselves. We offer techniques that provide “Still You, Only Better!” results.
We strive to provide a comfortable environment and to make your experience positive in every aspect. Treatments are performed in a fashion to ensure comfort, safety, and optimal results.
Our practice has one of the most advanced and extensive laser centers in Central Pennsylvania. We offer many lasers, each specific for certain conditions, such as including for: Unwanted Hair, Rosacea, Acne/Acne Scarring, Skin Rejuvenation, Red and Brown Spots, Spider Veins and Unwanted Tattoos.
We also perform the latest Thermage® techniques for face and body skin tightening and contouring.
Our lasers are state-of-the-art and are both owned and maintained on-site for optimal performance. To ensure your safety and the effectiveness of your treatments, they are performed by experienced physicians. Treatments are performed gently–with precision and with an emphasis on comfort–for optimal results.
For your convenience, physician treatments are offered five days a week, mornings and afternoons.
Aesthetic Medicine
We are specialized in Aesthethic Medicine, focusing on non-surgical treatments, including Botox Cosmetic®–for facial lines and wrinkles or excessive underarm sweating. We also perform many soft tissue filler treatments for lines, wrinkles and lip enhancement, including: Juvéderm®, Restylane®, Restylane Lyft® (formerly Perlane), and Kybella™ treatments.
Other office procedures include Sclerotherapy and Photodynamic Therapy (with ALA/Levulan®).
Our licensed aesthetician has the knowledge, experience, and caring to provide effective and enjoyable skin care treatments. Aesthetician Services include microdermabrasion, a wide selection of facials, chemical peels, photodynamic therapy with GentleWaves® and skin care. We offer premier skin care products.
