I had a large venous lake on my lower lip for several years, and got the point where it was very uncomfortable. I had kept putting off getting it treated because I was under the impression that it would need to be cut out of my lip and then stitched back up. I really didn't want to deal with that kind of invasive procedure. However, on my last visit to my dermatologist, she mentioned that that wasn't the case and it could be treated with a laser procedure. I started looking around and I found Dr. Farrells clinic and made an appointment. I was seen relatively quick and was offered to have the procedure done on the same day as the assessment appointment. The procedure was surprisingly easy and very simple. I was done in about 20 minutes. The venous lake took about 3 weeks to completely heal up with all visible issues gone. I am extremely happy with Dr. Farrell and her staff. They made the whole procedure a comfortable experience. I would definitely recommend Dr. Farrell to anyone for this type of procedure. Did I mention I was very happy with the results:)

I've spent the last 9 years dealing with scars on my face that caused me so much grief. I had my appointment with Dr. Farrell to try the Restylane fillers to try to correct them as best we could. I was terrified! After all, it's my FACE and the last thing I wanted was to make my situation worse. Dr. Farrell was patient with me, answered ALL my questions and concerns and ultimately delivered beyond my expectations! She handed me the mirror when we were done and I just burst into tears of happiness and relief. It was the first time in years I looked in the mirror and wasn't sad. Dr. Farrell and her staff were very nice and easy to work with. The procedure involved being stabbed with a needle and being burned with a laser. It was not very pleasant, but it gave me the results I wanted and they were friendly to me.

There is an interest in you and the relationship they build with a patient. My questions are always welcome, the issues I want to address are discussed realistically, no false encouragement. The experienced staff perform procedures; they are well supervised and serious about their responsibility and skills. Trust is critical, they are worth every second because they listen and encourage, most of all they educate.
